OverviewThe Office Coordinator oversees the functions of the office through the organization and use of internal space (ie: cubbies, bulletin boards, shelves, binders, files, hallway) This position helps keep all the inner-workings of CCAT running smoothly by organizing employee, committee, faculty and volunteer information. As well as consolidating available information. The Office coordinator also helps organize meeting times and keeping employees update and reminded about upcoming events.
